Service-Oriented Architecture is an architectural design pattern that concerns itself with defining loosely-coupled relationships between producers and consumers. While it has no direct relationship with software, programming, or technology, it is often confused with an evolution of distributed computing and modular programming.

TLD
Short for Top-Level Domain, and refers to the suffix attached to Internet domain names. There are a limited number of predefined suffixes, and each one represent a top-level domain. Current top-level domains include:
# com - commercial businesses; this is the most common TLD
# gov - U.S. government agencies
# edu - Educational institutions such as universities
# org - Organizations (mostly nonprofit)
# mil - Military
# net - Network organizations
# ca - Canada
# th - Thailand

Some companies maintain 'Dedicated Servers Showcase' and sell Dedicated Servers to Servers Hosting companies. a dedicated server refers to the rental and exclusive use of a computer that includes a Web server, related software, and connection to the Internet, housed in the Web hosting company's premises.

SEO is an abbreviation for "search engine optimizer." Many SEOs and other agencies and consultants provide useful services for website owners, from writing copy to giving advice on site architecture and helping to find relevant directories to which a site can be submitted. However, a few unethical SEOs have given the industry a black eye through their overly aggressive marketing efforts and their attempts to unfairly manipulate search engine results.

While you consider whether to go with an SEO, you may want to do some research on the industry. Google is one way to do that, of course. RUP
Short for Rational Unified Process, a software development methodology from Rational. Based on UML, RUP organizes the development of software into four phases, each consisting of one or more executable iterations of the software at that stage of development.
The Rational Unified Process attempts to capture many of modern software development's best practices in a form suitable for a wide range of projects and organizations. This process recognizes that the traditional waterfall approach can be inefficient because it idles key team members for extended periods of time.
